Welcome to TBP Solutions Limited
TBP Solutions Limited was incorporated on May 20, 2016 by the pioneer Director General of the Bureau of Public Procurement to provide procuring advisory services, leveraging on his wide and vast experiences in Public Sector Procurement. Engr Ezeh was a President of Nigerian Society of Engineers between 2006 and 2007 and was a private consulting/contracting engineer for 22 years before joining the public sector.
He served as a sector specialist to the then Budget Monitoring and Price intelligence Unit of the State House that later became the Bureau of Public procurement with the enactment of the Public Procurement Act 2007. From July 13 2007 to Feb 16 2016, Engr Ezeh was in charge of the implementation of the Nigeria’s procurement Act. Within this period, Nigeria saw to the institutionalization of procurement as a profession and elevated it to a level that everybody now wants to be a part of. He saw to the global development of the first ever GoPRS e-platform working with the UNODC as a technical partner. Engr Ezeh led the BPP to such a level that saw a savings over N738b in Federal procurements from FY 2009 to FY 2015.
A man of details, Engr. Ezeh has several awards in recognition of his services to the procurement reform and has a wide experience on governance issues. He served in several government committees and used to attend the Federal Executive Council of the Federal Government of Nigeria. He is certified International Procurement Professional.
